Athletic Resilience was born from two co-founders, Dr. Lee and Dr. Greg. It is our mission to bring health and wealth to the masses through encouraging formative habits to maintain elite performance and a pain free lifestyle.

HI, I'M DR LEE

Founder of Athletic Resilience

I am a Chiropractor and Athletic Trainer who has worked with athletes and patients for the past 15+ years. Current and previous sports assignments as an ATC include: Rugby, Football, Baseball, Hockey, Lacrosse, Soccer and Basketball primarily; in professional, collegiate, adult and youth sports settings. Over the years I have worked with hundreds of runners, rowers and triathletes as well. With these valuable experiences, seeing the link between biomechanics and performance was unavoidable.

The body works in fascial movement patterns that connect you from head to toe, maintaining balance and optimal function of these slings is tantamount to the athlete reaching their greatest form. Whether in the form of exercise, nutrition, recovery or mobility etc. there is always a way to reach your end goal. I am passionate about building systems to help people reach their utmost potential at whatever they do and that's why I needed to start building Athletic Resilience.

Hobbies include Hiking, Fishing, Camping, Rugby, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Exploring the Back-Country, Reading and Learning New Skills. I am a firm believer that we must balance the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of our life in order to continually build, grow and find joy in our endeavors.

Hey! I'm Dr Greg

Co-Founder of Athletic Resilience

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in Sports Performance, Strength & Conditioning and Recovery. As a former D1 collegiate athlete, I was always the one doing the work - being coached, training and pushing myself. While the performance piece was the priority, recovery always seemed to take a backseat. 

Athletic Resilience is how I change that narrative. I have been able to grow my skills through working with athletes of all ages consisting of professional, collegiate, high level club and high school athletes. On a daily basis, I work with all ages and abilities of people through my work as a physical therapist. The process of bringing someone out of pain and returning to what they want to do is the part of my job I love the most. 

Now these skills are brought to you. 

Whether you’re an athlete trying to improve at the top level or you just want to do something around the house without pain, the concepts are the same. Train. Recover. Perform. Let me help you through this journey to perform the best you can.
